Founder & Chairman
Abusally M Cassim is the Founder and Chairman of Exim Agrology Pvt Ltd, with over 30 years of experience in the veterinary and livestock industry in Sri Lanka.
He began his career as a Sales Executive in the veterinary sector, where he gained extensive industry knowledge and built strong relationships with poultry farms, veterinarians, distributors, and key stakeholders across the country. Through decades of dedication, market insight, and entrepreneurial vision, he established Exim Agrology Pvt Ltd with the objective of supplying high-quality veterinary pharmaceuticals and biosecurity solutions to support the growth of Sri Lanka’s livestock industry.
Over the years, he has earned a strong reputation and trust within the industry for his integrity, deep market understanding, and long-standing relationships with leading poultry producers and industry professionals.
His leadership and experience continue to guide the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

Managing Director
Althaf Abusally serves as the Managing Director of Exim Agrology Pvt Ltd, overseeing the company’s marketing strategy, product development, and overall business growth. He possesses strong expertise in marketing, machinery and equipment, and product design, along with extensive technical knowledge related to farm equipment and industry solutions. His practical understanding of machinery and product functionality allows the company to develop and introduce solutions that meet the operational needs of modern farms.
He is also actively involved in product design, branding, and marketing strategies, helping the company maintain a modern, innovative, and competitive presence in the market.
Chief Executive Officer
Shifan Abusally is the Chief Executive Officer of Exim Agrology Pvt Ltd, responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, business development, and international partnerships. He has a background in accounting and auditing and previously worked as an Auditor at KPMG, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. His experience in auditing has provided him with strong expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and strategic business planning.
At Exim Agrology, he focuses on expanding international partnerships, strengthening the company’s distribution network, and introducing innovative veterinary and biosecurity solutions to the Sri Lankan market.
